TWO more playing members of France’s Six Nations squad have returned positive Covid results, with tight-head prop Mohamed Haouas and wing Gabin Villière joining scrum-half Antoine Dupont in isolation. Thirty-two players in total have now returned test results from Friday with 29 being negative.

Three members of the backroom team, including head coach Fabien Galthié and forwards coach William Servat, tested positive earlier this week.

In addition, two players – Jean-Baptiste Gros and Swan Rebbadj – have been identified as ‘case-contact’ within their club.

A revised list of 31 players to start preparation for next Sunday’s Six Nations clash against Scotland will be named tomorrow, and a fresh round of Covid tests will be carried out then.
