THE application process for Scottish Rugby’s Club Recovery Fund has opened, with a total sum of £500k to be made available for investment in clubhouses, grounds and facilities in order to help the grassroots game begin the process of trying to return to some sort of normality after more than a year of lockdown.
Three levels of award will be available to clubs: up to £2,500, up to £5,000, and up to £7,500. Clubs may apply for funding at all three levels, however only one award will be made.
If clubs have any specific concerns that require a larger amount of assistance than the three levels of award, they have been asked to write directly to Scottish Rugby to explain their individual circumstances, using the following email address: rugbydevelopmentadmin@sru.org.uk

Should bump up a few SRU salaries then.
£500K – for “clubs”…. presumably excluding S6 entities, and ProTeams (if that description still applies)?
Hey, ho – only £19.5 million left thereafter, from the SG pot.
