RATU TAGIVE is to leave Glasgow Warriors at the end of the current campaign, bringing to an end his five-and-a-half-year association with the club. The 31-year-old departs after four tries in 24 appearances to date, which works out at at just 4.36 appearances and 0.72 tries per season.

Initially from Australia, Tagive qualified for Scotland through residency and was part of Gregor Townsend’s 2020 Six Nations training squad.

“I’m really proud to have been a part of this team for the past five seasons,” said Tagive. “Glasgow Warriors gave me a second crack at being a professional athlete and it means the world to me that the club gave me the opportunity to fulfill my childhood dream.”

“I’ve made a lot of memories and friends in my time at the club and I’ll always watch and support the boys from wherever I am in the world.”
