GLASGOW WARRIORS will play their United Rugby Championship quarter-final at Scotstoun Stadium on Saturday 8th June with the match kick-offing at 7.35pm, it has been confirmed.

With one more regular season URC game to go, Warriors are guaranteed a home draw in the first round of the knock-out stage, but the exact make up of the top four won’t be determined until after Round 18 next weekend, with four teams – Munster on 63 points, Vodacom Bulls on  61 points, Leinster on 60 points and Glasgow Warriors also one 60 points –  all in the hunt to finish first, therefore ensuring home advantage through to the play-off final if they keep winning.

Warriors’ last regular season match is at home to Zebre next Friday night, while seventh in the table Edinburgh will almost certainly need a win from their last game away to Benetton (who are eighth but on the same number of league points) on Saturday lunchtime in order to book their place in the play-offs.
