A RUGBY skills coaching clinic for all young players, set up to celebrate the memory of Siobhan Cattigan and to raise funds which can be directed towards legacy projects in her name, will take place at Old Annielsland in Glasgow a week on Wednesday [12th January].

Run by the Apex Rugby Academy, the clinic will have four of Cattigan’s former Scotland team-mates – Lisa Thomson (kicking), Evie Wills (passing), Shona Campbell (offloading) and Eva Donaldson (footwork/agility) – as guest coaches. All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Just Giving page which has been set up by Siobhan’s family.

“The tragic death of Siobhan was a shock to everyone within the Scottish rugby community. It is our hope that the skills clinic with Siobhan’s former team-mates will be a fitting way to celebrate her memory,” explained Craig McLeod, founder and owner of Apex Rugby Academy.
