  1. Ahh oh dear, two home matches back to back during the schools October week holidays, when lots of people will be away. The fine balance of between getting a season ticket or not!

  2. Yes tough but remember the Rugby Championship runs till the end of September so best time for Edinburgh to travel to the Bulls (and probably Lions also). Leinster have tended to drip feed their top players back in slowly at the start of the season so again perhaps a better time to play them.
Glasgow’s SA trip not ideal for the November internationals surely? A Saturday fixture at the end of October presumably not home till Monday lunchtime and Scotland playing Fiji on the Saturday (with players outwith Scotland unavailable so even more call on Glasgow players).

  3. That’s a hell of a tough start for Edinburgh. You have to go to SA at some point so maybe its better to go early when all the teams are a bit rusty. Or maybe it makes no difference. Wearing my positive hat – maybe getting Leinster first up is the most likely time to beat them. Anyway still got this season to worry about.

  4. Jeze that looks like an intimidating fixture list …. !!!

Think we will have to be better to be anywhere near the top 8. But bring it on !
