BT Premiership: Team-of the-week (round six)

CURRIE CHIEFTAINS remarkable comeback against Glasgow Hawks is rewarded with three selections to team of the week, which means Jamie Hodgson of Watsonians is unlucky to miss out to Mike Vernel in the second-row, and Murdo McAndrew is once again the extra man at scrum-half on account of Jamie Forbes doing extraordinarily well in an alien position.

Adam Hastings perhaps blew hot and cold, but was instrumental when the Chieftains got rolling the second half. Props Duncan Ferguson (in his first Chieftains start) and John Cox (at the other end of the experience spectrum) could also have made the cut after fronting up against one of the best scrums in the league.

Rory Drummond made a huge contribution off the bench for Watsonians and would almost certainly be used as an impact player if we were naming replacements!
