EDINBURGH RUGBY have agreed a partnership extension with Breadalbane Finance, which will see the independent commercial finance brokerage continue as an on-kit sponsor until 2026.

Having initially joined the Edinburgh Rugby Business Club as members for the 2019-20 season, Breadalbane’s commitment to the club has grown over the last four years to the point where the firm not only has its logo emblazoned on the right sleeve of the club’s home and away strip but also supports the club’s Official Golf Day and three men’s awards at the Season Awards Gala Dinner: Breadalbane Breakthrough Player of the Year, Players’ Player of the Year and Pro Academy Player of the Year.

Breadalbane’s commitment to rugby extends beyond Edinburgh. The firm sponsors a number of grassroots clubs and are The Offside Line’s ‘Official Community Partner’.

“We are delighted to continue our successful partnership with Edinburgh Rugby for a further two years,” said Breadalbane Director Jamie Lindsay.

“The club’s values of dedication, teamwork, and excellence strongly resonate with us at Breadalbane. We are proud to support a team that represents the very best of Scottish rugby, and we look forward to cheering them on to further victories in the years to come.”

Edinburgh Rugby Managing Director, Douglas Struth, added: “We’re thrilled to have the continued backing of Breadalbane who have today renewed their partnership with the club for a further two years.

“Breadalbane joined our commercial family as half-season business club members back in 2019-20 and since then, our partnership has really gone from strength from strength.

“The Breadalbane logo now features on the right sleeve of our playing jersey and retails replicas, and we couldn’t be prouder to see that logo remain on our kit until at least 2026.

“Jamie and the team at Breadalbane are huge supporters of Edinburgh Rugby and continue to back us across all levels of the club.

“Their unwavering support has been instrumental in driving the club forward, and we’re incredibly grateful for their continued commitment to Edinburgh Rugby.”

With former Edinburgh centre James Johnstone now a valued member of the Breadalbane team since his retirement in 2022, the connection between both organisations has been further solidified, showcasing the ‘life after rugby’ link from pro sport to business.
