6N: TOL Six Nations Predictor League standings after round three

Disaster strikes for early leader while the Scottish Rugby Blog show their mettle

Scotland England Six Nations
Sean Maitland, Ryan Wilson and Huw Jones were among the heroes who secured a famous win for Scotland over England last time out, which was an absolute coupon-buster for 12 of the 15 competitors in the predictor league, but there wasn't any complaints from that number about the result. IT has taken a full 13 days to calm down after the excitement of Scotland’s sensational victory over England, and to be absolutely certain that it wasn’t all just a glorious dream, before the predictor results for round three could be published. Now, at long last, we can publish the week 3 update.

Another disastrous week for the administrator sees his heady 12-point lead at the top of the table after round one nose dive – largely thanks to being the only person so far to get all three predictions in a single week wrong – leaving him just above the foot of the table. That basement slot is still occupied by young Angus Vipond, despite being the only competitor to get both the result and score differential in any single game spot on by correctly predicting that Ireland would win by ten.

Interestingly, the top three slots in the table are now occupied by the only three predictors to correctly go for a Scotland win. Reward for blind faith or expert vision?
